TMC Khanpur Third E-Auction for Slaughterhouse and Teh Bazari Fee Contracts 2026–27

The Office of Tehsil Municipal Council Khanpur invites online bids through its third e-auction for the collection of slaughterhouse and Teh Bazari fees for the financial year 2026–27. The contracts run from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

The e-auction opens on 16 November 2026 at 9:00 AM and closes on 18 November 2026 at 4:00 PM. Participation is through www.eauction.lcbkp.pk. Registration on the portal is free, and participants must maintain active registration with the relevant authorities.

Participating firms must be registered with the Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, for 2026–27 and must have paid the applicable government dues and professional tax. Before participating, bidders must deposit the prescribed 5% earnest money through a bank call deposit receipt in favour of TMA Khanpur. Deposit receipts are subject to verification.

The successful bidder must deposit 15% security through a call deposit receipt in favour of TMA Khanpur during the period from 18 November 2026 at 9:00 AM to 19 November 2026 at 5:00 PM. Failure to deposit the required security will result in forfeiture of the earnest money. An additional refundable security deposit of 5% applies where the bid exceeds the prescribed amount by 30%.

Bidders must comply with the provincial government's auction terms and conditions issued under reference AOII/LCB/6-11/2026 dated 7 May 2026. Complete terms and conditions may be obtained from the municipal office or the Local Government website.
