Mahboob Industries Winding-Up Petition: Lahore High Court Public Notice

A petition for the winding up of Mahboob Industries (Private) Limited, manufacturer of Shan Ghee, is pending adjudication before the Lahore High Court, Lahore. The petition was presented by shareholders holding 50% of the company's issued and paid-up share capital. The company's registered office is at 125-A Industrial Area, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore.

The Lahore High Court issued an interim order dated 7 September 2026 directing that the status quo be maintained.

The public is cautioned that any sale, transfer, mortgage, lease or other disposition of the company's assets or properties, or the creation of any charge, lien or third-party interest in them, is subject to these proceedings and liable to be declared void. Anyone purchasing, financing or otherwise dealing in the company's assets or properties does so at their own risk and peril, and no claim in respect of such dealings shall be entertained.

Any creditor or contributory of the company wishing to support or oppose the petition may appear at the hearing in person or through counsel.
