Public Health Engineering Tando Muhammad Khan Jobs 2026 – Naib Qasid, Chowkidar and Lab Attendant

The Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering Division (O&M), Tando Muhammad Khan invites applications for initial recruitment against three non-technical posts in BS-01. Applicants must hold domicile of District Tando Muhammad Khan.

Application deadline: 20 November 2026. Applications must reach the Office of the Executive Engineer (O&M), near Sajawal Chowk Grid Station, Tando Muhammad Khan, by courier or in person.

Submit an application using the prescribed format, accompanied by two passport-size photographs and attested copies of CNIC, domicile, PRC, educational certificates and experience certificates, where required. The application must include the name of the post, applicant's CNIC number and name, father/husband's name, date of birth, educational qualification, experience, district of domicile, postal address, cell/contact number, applicant's signature and date. Affix two recent passport-size photographs in the designated space.

Reserved quotas are 15% for women, 5% for minorities and 5% for persons with disabilities, subject to government rules. The rural quota is 60% and the urban quota is 40%. Government employees must apply through the proper channel.

A general relaxation of five years in the upper age limit will be allowed under the applicable Government of Sindh policy and Notification No. SO-II(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (part file), dated 16 October 2024.

Incomplete applications will not be entertained. The vacancies are temporary and will become permanent after completion of the probation period under the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfers) Rules, 1973. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased, and applicants will have no right to challenge such changes.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible. Recruitment will be conducted strictly on merit and transparency.
