Education Works Division Shikarpur Jobs 2026 – Driver, Pump Operator, Naib Qasid and Chowkidar

The Office of the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division, Shikarpur, invites applications from candidates domiciled in Shikarpur district for eight non-technical vacancies in BPS-02 and BPS-04.

The age range for all positions is 18–30 years. Upper-age relaxation will apply under the Government of Sindh's rules and policy.

Applicants must submit their applications with their domicile, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC), two passport-size photographs, computerized national identity card, educational certificates and driving licence where required. Applications must reach the Executive Engineer, Education Works Division, Shikarpur, near Government Boys High School No. 2, Shikarpur, by 25 November 2026.

Reserved quotas apply under the relevant rules: 15% for women, 5% for minorities, 0.5% for transgender candidates and 5% for persons with disabilities. Candidates applying against the disability quota must submit a certificate issued by the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (DSCD).

Government employees must apply through the proper departmental channel with a No Objection Certificate. Tampering will result in disqualification. The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased in accordance with Government of Sindh policy and decisions, and such changes cannot be challenged.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Successful candidates may be posted anywhere within the division. No travel or daily allowance will be paid for attending the test or interview.
