Lyari Development Authority Public Notice for Plot 144/1 Layout Plan Approval in Karachi

The Town Planning Department of the Lyari Development Authority has issued a public notice concerning approval of a layout plan for industrial/commercial use at Plot No. 144/1, K-28, Lyari Quarters, Hawks Bay Road, District Keamari, Karachi. The plot has a total area of 3.00 acres.

The application concerns 1.00 acre of land and was forwarded by the Deputy Commissioner, Keamari, Karachi, through letter No. DC(Keamari)/K/2705/2026 dated 15 September 2026.

Any person, department or institution having an objection may submit it in writing, together with documentary evidence, within 15 days of publication of this notice. Objections must be submitted to the Director, Town Planning Department, Lyari Development Authority, Bungalow No. 194-B, Block B, SMCH Society, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Objections received after this period will not be entertained. Approval of the layout plan will follow completion of the required proceedings.

The plot boundaries measure 170.93, 573.00, 306.00, 267.22, 209.51 and 266.00 feet. Adjoining features include a 150-foot-wide road, a 50-foot-wide road, a road and drain, and neighbouring plots.
