Punjab Social Welfare Department IT Equipment Tender 2026-27

The Social Welfare & Bait ul Maal Department, Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids for the procurement of IT equipment under the ADP scheme, “Development of Management Information System for Social Welfare Department across Punjab,” on a framework contract for financial year 2026-27.

Eligible firms and companies must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments or authorities, including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax.

The total estimated procurement cost is PKR 125,005,000. Bids are invited on a lot-wise basis, and bidders may quote for one lot or both lots.

Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each lot must be deposited and submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System in its prescribed manner. Physical financial instruments will not be accepted. This requirement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and the official MoU/Service Level Agreement between the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority and the Bank of Punjab. Successful bidders must subsequently submit or deposit performance security in the same manner.

The Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure will apply under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Complete electronic bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

The PPRA tender webpage is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website. Procurement will be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act, 2009 and PPRA Rules, 2014.
