PKLI Lahore Prequalification Tender for Formulary Medicines Safety Stock 2026–27

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC), Lahore, invites electronic proposals from firms registered with the income tax and sales tax departments or authorities for prequalification to supply safety stock of formulary medicines. Proposals will be received under Rule 16 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Eligible bidders may download the prequalification documents and detailed specifications free of charge from the PKLI website at https://pkli.org.pk. The notice and documents are also available through https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Documents are available from the publication date. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date the advertisement is published on the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTenders.aspx.

Submit electronic proposals through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk by 11:00 AM on 27 November 2026. Hard copies are not required. Participating firms and bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System. PKLI&RC will not be responsible for submission failures caused by technical errors or internet failure. Bid security will be required at the RFP stage.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 13 November 2026 at 3:00 PM in the conference room of the Supply Chain Department at PKLI&RC Lahore. Prequalification proposals will be opened on the submission date in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below. The prequalification is for the year 2026–27. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.

PKLI&RC will not bear bidders' costs or expenses relating to proposal preparation, delivery or electronic submission. Receipt, opening, award and all other assessments and procurement proceedings will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. In any conflict between the bidding documents and those rules, as amended to date, the rules will prevail.
