PPIB Corrigendum: Third-Party Validation EOI for 100 MWp Solar Project in Gilgit-Baltistan

The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Private Power & Infrastructure Board (PPIB), has issued an addendum/corrigendum to its Expression of Interest (EOI) for third-party validation (TPV) services for solar works of the 100 MWp Solar PV Project in Gilgit-Baltistan. The EPADS reference number is P171330.

The original EOI was advertised on October 28, 2025. Amendments have been made to the EOI document, including the Scope of Works and Terms of Reference (TORs). Prospective applicants should consult the revised EOI document, available on the EPADS, PPRA and PPIB websites.

The application submission deadline remains unchanged: November 27, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The revised EOI document supersedes the earlier version.
