Lahore High Court Auction of Mortgaged Properties in Dullu and Janjatay

The Lahore High Court, Lahore, has announced the public auction of mortgaged properties in Execution Petition No. 9156/22, arising from C.O.S. No. 23/2016. The execution proceedings concern recovery of a decretal amount of Rs. 206,658,349.00, together with costs of Rs. 28,660.00, under the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001.

The properties include land in Mouza Dullu Khurd and Mouza Dullu Kalan, Lahore, and land in Mouza Janjatay, Lahore. The auction is divided into Schedules A and B.

The preliminary schedule includes 10 November and 13 November 2026 for Schedule A, and 14 November 2026 for Schedule B.

The properties will be auctioned on an “as is, where is” basis. Prospective bidders must deposit earnest money of Rs. 100,000 with the court auctioneer through a scheduled bank. The auction and acceptance of bids are subject to the court’s conditions and approval.
