Peshawar Sessions Court Absence Notice to Senior Clerk Muhammad Imran

Muhammad Asif, District and Sessions Judge, Peshawar, has issued a final notice to Muhammad Imran, Senior Clerk at Sessions Court, Peshawar, concerning his absence from duty since 17 October 2026.

Letter No. 4131, dated 19 October 2026, directed Muhammad Imran to report for duty and explain the reasons for his absence. The letter was sent by registered post to his home address and was also delivered through WhatsApp. The stipulated period has elapsed without a response, and he remains absent from duty.

Muhammad Imran is directed, as a final opportunity, to report for duty within 15 days of publication of this notice and provide reasonable grounds for his absence.

Failure to comply will result in disciplinary proceedings under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2011, which may lead to dismissal from service.
