Livestock Department KP Final Absence Notice to Veterinary Assistant Syed Alam

The Directorate General (Extension), Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar, has issued a final notice to Veterinary Assistant Syed Alam concerning his continued absence from duty.

Through Notice No. 17603 dated 17 October 2026, issued under Rule 9 of the Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2011, he was directed to report within 15 days to the Directorate General (Extension), Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Bacha Khan Chowk, Peshawar. He has not resumed duty.

Syed Alam is given a final opportunity to report for duty within 15 days. Failure to comply will result in ex parte disciplinary action under Rule 9 of the Efficiency and Discipline Rules, 2011, and dismissal from service.
