Unauthorized Absence Notice for Bashir Hussain, Junior Clerk

Bashir Hussain, Junior Clerk, is directed to report for duty and submit written reasons for his unauthorized absence. He was granted 90 days of foreign leave from 9 February 2026 to 10 May 2026 but has remained continuously absent without approved leave since 11 May 2026.

This absence constitutes misconduct under the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2011. He must report for duty immediately and provide his written explanation within 15 days of publication of this notice.

Failure to comply will result in disciplinary proceedings under Rule 9 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2011, which may lead to dismissal from service.
