BINUQ Quetta Tender for Supply of 33 Stationery Items

The Balochistan Institute of Nephro-Urology Quetta (BINUQ) invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for the supply of stationery under tender reference TSE-2627101216541. Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility: Bidders must have completed three assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 5,000,000 during the previous three years and have a turnover of at least PKR 5,000,000 in the three preceding years. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, possess a sales tax certificate, and must not currently be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permitted.

Registration and submission: Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders in government procurement, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually. For this tender, only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required. Bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard by 25 November 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by a deposit at call of PKR 100,000 from a scheduled bank, issued in the name of the undersigned. Failure to furnish the required bid security during financial evaluation will result in the bidder being declared ineligible and non-responsive. The required bidding document fee must also be submitted.

Tender opening: Bids will be opened on 25 November 2026 at 11:00 AM through the EPPS system.
