Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority EOI for Land-Sharing Housing Schemes

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority, Housing Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from landowners or their duly authorized representatives for the provision of suitable land for housing schemes on a land-sharing basis. Under its Housing for All initiative, the government intends to develop housing schemes and offer residential plots to the general public on affordable terms and easy installments to promote public welfare.

Land requirements and terms: The proposed land must have a minimum area of 500 kanals. Provision, acquisition and development of the land will be undertaken according to the Housing Department’s approved land-sharing/land-partnership formula.

The land must be located within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, excluding the twelve designated districts administered by the Federal Government: Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Kurram, Orakzai, North Waziristan, Upper South Waziristan, Lower South Waziristan, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan.

The proposed land must have suitable main-road access and availability of drinking water. It must be free from ownership claims, litigation, legal disputes, encumbrances and other disputes. The land must be non-agricultural, compact and contiguous to facilitate integrated planning and development of the housing scheme. Ownership title and all relevant land documents must be verifiable, authentic and legally valid.

The Housing Department will scrutinize and assess EOIs for suitability according to applicable rules, regulations and approved criteria. Submission of an EOI does not confer any right to approval or an agreement.

Application procedure: Interested landowners or their duly authorized representatives may submit applications or proposals with complete particulars and required documents by post or by hand to the office of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority, Housing Department. The prescribed application form may be downloaded from www.housingkp.gov.pk or www.kppra.gov.pk.

Required documents and information: Applications must include the total area of the proposed land with attested or verified ownership documents; a location map, clear site plan and GIS coordinates of the proposed land; and any other documents or information required by the prescribed application form.

Processing fee: Submit Rs. 2,000 through a bank draft in favour of the Director General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority.

Submission deadline: Complete applications, all required documents and the processing fee must reach the office on or before 5:00 PM on Wednesday, 25 November 2026.
