NAVTTC Deputation Jobs in Islamabad for BPS-14 to BPS-19 Officers

The Government of Pakistan’s National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications for appointment on deputation under standard terms and conditions. Qualified, motivated and experienced officers and officials serving regularly in Federal and Provincial Governments and Autonomous Bodies may apply for the following positions.

Eligibility for BPS-17 to BPS-19: Federal and Provincial cadre or ex-cadre officers, preferably from the Secretariat, Directorates, Planning and Development, Audit and Accounts; and Provincial Management Service or ex-cadre officers.

Experience for BPS-17 to BPS-19: At least five years of post-qualification experience. Relevant experience includes administration, financial management, planning, project management, planning and implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation, certification of projects and programmes, international cooperation with international organizations, and preparation of briefs, summaries, reports and documents.

Eligibility for BPS-14 to BPS-16: Regular government officials working in Federal or Provincial Governments or Autonomous Bodies, preferably employees of Ministries, Divisions and Attached Departments.

Experience and skills for BPS-14 to BPS-16: At least five years of post-qualification experience, computer literacy, and good command of office noting and drafting.

Application procedure: Only regular public or civil servants working in Federal or Provincial Government organizations or Autonomous Bodies in the same pay scale are eligible. The positions will be filled in accordance with approved standard operating procedures, where applicable. Only eligible shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Applicants must produce a departmental No Objection Certificate at the interview and will be disqualified if they fail to meet the prerequisites of the advertised posts at that stage. Submission of fake or forged documents, or attempts to influence the selection process, will also result in disqualification. No travelling or daily allowance will be admissible for the interview.

Posting: NAVTTC Headquarters, Regional Offices and Sub-Offices. Selected candidates must join at NAVTTC Headquarters in Islamabad and may subsequently be posted to offices anywhere in Pakistan.
