Public Notice of Purchase of Plot B-66, Government Teachers Housing Society, Karachi

Muhammad Arshad Qaiser, son of Muhammad Qaiser, residing at Apartment No. 203, Ayesha Pride, Dada Bhai Nooroji Road, KCHS, Karachi, gives public notice of his proposed purchase of open residential Plot No. B-66, Sector 21-A, Government Teachers Cooperative Housing Society Limited, Scheme 33, Karachi, measuring 400 square yards, from Ms. Azra Moin, wife of the late Moinuddin.

The purchase is being undertaken on the basis of a CTC of the Indenture of Lease because the original Indenture of Lease has been misplaced from the seller’s possession.

Any person, authority, department or bank having an objection may submit a written objection within seven days of this notice to the offices of Government Teachers Cooperative Housing Society Limited at Sector 21-A, Scheme 33, Karachi; the concerned Sub-Registrar’s offices at Gulshan II, Karachi; and the purchaser at Apartment No. 203, Ayesha Pride, Dada Bhai Nooroji Road, KCHS, Karachi.

After registration of the Sale/Conveyance Deed, objections from any person, authority, department or bank will not be considered or entertained.
