SMEDA Matching Grants for SMEs to Establish Industrial Stitching Units – Apply by November 30, 2026

The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) invites grant applications under the 1000 Industrial Stitching Units (Phase-II) project, funded through the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) of the Ministry of Industries and Production, Government of Pakistan. The project provides matching grants for export development through the establishment of industrial stitching units.

Phase-II exclusively targets export-oriented SMEs already engaged in textile-related exports or intending to enter the export market. Grants are offered on a 60:40 matching basis: SMEDA/ISU will contribute up to Rs. 5 million or 60% of the machinery cost, whichever is lower, while the SME will bear 40% of the machinery cost.

Applicants must be citizens of Pakistan, including Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Grant application forms can be downloaded from https://smeda.org/isu-form and are also available at the ISU project offices below. Submit duly completed applications with supporting documents on or before November 30, 2026. Incomplete applications, applications without supporting documents, and applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
