The Prime Minister’s Youth Business and Agriculture Loan Scheme offers business and agricultural loans to young Pakistanis on accessible terms. An allocation of PKR 292.5 billion has been announced for fiscal year 2026–27.
From June 2023 to September 2026, PKR 314 billion was distributed among 581,000 young people.

Eligibility: Pakistani citizens aged 21 to 45 years may apply. For IT and e-commerce businesses, the minimum age is 18 years. The scheme supports new and existing businesses and agricultural activities.
Overseas employment: Young people seeking employment abroad can access an interest-free loan of up to PKR 1,000,000.
How to apply: Submit an online application through the Prime Minister’s Digital Youth Hub at pmyp.gov.pk. Loan approval is subject to the scheme’s rules and the bank’s verification.
