KAPCO Final Cash Dividend Payment for Year Ended June 30, 2026

Kot Addu Power Company Limited (KAPCO) informs shareholders that the final cash dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share, equivalent to 15%, for the year ended June 30, 2026, was credited on November 5, 2026. Payment was made electronically into the designated bank accounts of shareholders who had submitted their Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) and International Bank Account Number (IBAN).

In compliance with Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017, and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan notification SRO 1145(1)/2017, the company has withheld dividends for shareholders who have yet to provide complete bank details, including their IBAN.

Shareholders are requested to submit their IBAN details together with a copy of their CNIC to the company's Share Registrar to enable electronic release of the interim cash dividend. Shareholders holding shares in the Central Depository System (CDS) should update their IBAN details through their Participants or Investor Account Services.
