National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), Geomatics & GIS Section, GT&GE Division, invites electronic bids through EPADS v2.0 on a single-stage, two-envelope basis from eligible firms with active NTN and GST registration. Procurement comprises the following independent lots under the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.

Bidders for Lots 3 to 10 must be authorized vendors of the respective manufacturer. Conditional bids will not be entertained. Bid security is 3% per lot, and bids must remain valid for six months.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at NESPAK Head Office, Lahore.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 by November 19, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 a.m.
