The submission date is 25 November 2026. Proposals and bids must reach the applicable tender submission address by 2:00 PM. Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on the respective submission date.
Registered suppliers and firms may download tender documents from www.epcg8402.com and submit offers according to the guidelines in those documents. Technical and financial offers must be submitted at the addresses given on page 1 of the relevant tender documents. Submit duly signed and stamped tender documents with a covering letter on the firm's letterhead. The buyer does not sell hard copies of tender documents unless otherwise indicated.
Pay the tender fee through the MCB online account using the account details available on the website. Payment may be made through any online MCB branch in Pakistan. Attach the original payment receipt to the technical quotation.
The tender notice is also available at www.ppra.org.pk. The organization reserves the right to reject all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Incomplete, conditional, ambiguous or doubtful proposals and offers will not be considered. All bidders must comply with the terms and conditions attached to the tender form.
