Habib Bank Limited Recovery Suit No. 180/2026 – Banking Court IV Karachi

Banking Court IV, Karachi, presided over by Judge Muhammad Ehsan Khan Durrani, has issued a summons to the defendant in Habib Bank Limited’s Recovery Suit No. 180 of 2026. The bank seeks recovery of Rs. 240,730.93, together with markup and litigation costs.

The proceedings are under Section 9(1) of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 (Ordinance XLVI of 2001).
