Sui Northern Gas Final Notice for Unclaimed Shares and Unpaid Dividends

Sui Northern Gas has issued a final notice under Section 244(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2017, inviting shareholders to claim shares and dividends that have remained unclaimed or unpaid for three years from the date they became due and payable. Details are available on the company’s website at www.sngpl.com.pk.

Earlier notices were sent by registered post, acknowledgment due, to shareholders at their last known addresses, asking them to submit claims to the company within three months. Limited replies have been received.

Shareholders are now invited to lodge their claims with the company within 90 days of this notice, dated November 8, 2026. If claims are not received within this period, the company will deposit the unclaimed or unpaid amount with the Federal Government under Section 244(2) of the Companies Act, 2017.
