Horticulture Agency Lahore E-Auction of Advertising Rights for 40×20 SMD Screens

Horticulture Agency, Lahore invites sealed bids from reputed advertising firms registered with PHA and national or multinational companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or Registrar of Firms for advertising rights on HAL-owned SMD screens of size 40×20 at the following locations.

Participation requests must be submitted through the e-auction portal at https://phaeauction.punjab.gov.pk/login. Advertisers can register online for the e-auction through the eBiz Punjab Portal and submit their bidding documents by 20 November 2026. The online participation request must be accompanied by an online deposit of bid security at least five days before the auction date.

The e-auction will be held on 25 November 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Advertising firms holding valid registration with Horticulture Agency, Lahore, and national or multinational companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan or Registrar of Firms are eligible to participate. The successful bidder shall run and operate the screens for commercial advertisements. National and multinational companies may display only their own products on the designated media; other commercial messages are prohibited for these companies.

The agency may reject all bids or proposals at any time before accepting a bid or proposal. The PPRA website is http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/viewTender.aspx, and the response time will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
