MDA Public Notice for Commercial Layout Approval of Plot 05 in Malir, Karachi

The Directorate of Town Planning, Malir Development Authority (MDA), invites public objections concerning the proposed approval of a commercial layout plan for Plot No. 05 in Malir, Karachi.

The ownership particulars include national identity card numbers 42301-9725072-5 and 42301-2586397-1. The proposal is supported by correspondence from the district revenue authorities:

The approval process refers to the MDA Act 1993–94, the Karachi Building and Town Planning Regulations 2002, as amended in 2013, and Section 15.5.2 of the applicable 2015 regulations.

Any person with an objection to the proposal may submit a written objection to the Director General, Malir Development Authority, within seven days of publication of this notice. Submissions should be delivered to the MDA office at ST-4/B, Block 17, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Objections received after the prescribed period will not be considered.
