NHF-Housing (Pvt) Limited (a project of National Highway Foundation) hereby calls its 4th Annual General Meeting to be held on 4 August 2026 at 10:00 AM at NHF Housing Scheme (Near Sihala), Zone-V, Islamabad. Key ordinary business includes confirmation of previous minutes, approval of audited accounts for the financial years ended 30 June 2023, 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025, and appointment of auditors for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27.

Special business covers approval of expenditure related to the transfer of swapped land (Block-D), revision of the layout plan for Blocks A, B & C including obtaining the NOC from the Capital Development Authority, and other development matters.
