Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) has issued a final consolidated notice under Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017 for shareholders holding unclaimed dividends for more than three years. Eligible shareholders are requested to claim their unpaid dividends from the Company or the designated account of the Federal Government.
Claims must be lodged with the Company within 90 days of this notice. Blank claim forms are available on PPL’s website and from the Share Registrar (FAMCO).
