DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi Invites EOI for Fuel Station at Park Road (Margalla Orchard)

Defence Housing Authority (Islamabad-Rawalpindi) invites Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to submit an Expression of Interest to develop and operate a fuel station facility at a prime location on Park Road (Margalla Orchard). The site is approximately 5 kanals and the facility is available exclusively for OMCs as a company-operated site.

Key commercial terms include a monthly reserved rent of Rs. 10 million and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs. 600 million as per DHA terms. Interested OMCs must submit an EOI with company profile, relevant experience in operating fuel stations, financial capability, and a proposed concept.
