OPF Invitation to Bid: Excavator, Tractor, Water Bowser & Allied Items — Islamabad

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites sealed bids for procurement of equipment including one tyre-mounted hydraulic excavator, one tractor, one hydraulic trolley, one water bowser and allied items for operation/maintenance of OPF Housing Scheme Zone-V, Islamabad under a Single Stage Two Envelope competitive bidding procedure.

Bidding documents are available/downloadable from the E-PADS 2.0 (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) and OPF websites. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS 2.0 and uploaded on or before 2026-07-27 at 12:00 (technical proposals to be opened at 12:30). Bids must include the required bid security (as specified in the bidding documents); original security instruments must be delivered before bid closing. Bidders must be active tax filers and provide valid NTN/Sales Tax registration and supporting documentary evidence.
