Board of Revenue Sindh and Assistant Commissioners — Special Revision (Re-write) of Land Records under Sindh Land Revenue Act 1967

Board of Revenue Sindh, by order No. Misc/129/R.W/BOR/2024/Rev-08/1ID dated 28 February 2025, and the Offices of the Assistant Commissioner for affected tehsils are announcing a special revision (re-write) and verification of land records under Section 40 and the verification procedures of Section 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967 for specified dehs (villages), khataholders, survey numbers and areas.

This notice publishes the names of khataholders, survey numbers and areas for local dehs including (inter alia) Deh Tando Nazar Ali (Tehsil Khairpur), Deh Sheikh Haji Tarabi (Tehsil Mirpur Sakro, District Thatta) and Deh Dev Ka Thoro (Tehsil Ghora Bari) so that any person having objection to ownership, survey number, area or any other entry may file a written objection within 15 days at the relevant Assistant Commissioner’s office. In absence of a timely written objection the record as published will be re-written (permanently entered) in favour of the names shown.
