Assistant Commissioner, Tehsil Mirpur Sakro: Notice of Special Revision (Re-writing) of Record of Rights under Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967

Assistant Commissioner, Tehsil Mirpur Sakro announces a special revision (re-writing) and verification of the Record of Rights (Record of Rights) for specified villages pursuant to the Board of Revenue, Sindh decision of 28 February 2025 and under Sections 40 and 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967. The Board of Revenue, Hyderabad has directed special review and certification of rights records (correct and verified entries) to create a standardised, computer-friendly land record. The notice concerns named proprietors, their survey numbers and land areas in villages including, but not limited to, Diba Bhiki (Diba Khiki), Tehsil Mirpur Sakro, District Thatta and Diba Dhaki, Tehsil Shujaabad, District Mirpurkhas. The published lists set out names, survey numbers and areas; if any person has an objection regarding ownership, survey number, area or related matter they must file their objection with the Assistant Commissioner’s office of the relevant tehsil within 15 days of this publication. If no objection is filed, the published entries will be re-written (updated) in the names shown and certified in accordance with the procedure prescribed by sub-sections (11), (12) and (13) of Section 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.
