Tender for Supply of 90 ATMs, 1 CDM and 1 CRM – The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd.

Issuer: The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd. (Information Technology Division). The Bank invites sealed bids for the purchase of ATM/CDM/CRM equipment to equip branches across its network.

Eligibility: Well-reputed authorized companies, organizations, dealers, suppliers or distributors registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments with relevant experience.

Procedure and Fees: Tender documents are available from the Bank's Head Office on payment of PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) in the form of a pay order in favor of The Punjab Provincial Cooperative Bank Ltd., or may be downloaded free of cost from the Bank website (www.ppcbl.com.pk). A single-stage, two-envelope procedure will be adopted.

Earnest Money: Bidders must submit earnest money equal to 2% of the total estimated cost. Bids not accompanied by earnest money will be rejected.

Submission & Opening: Tender documents can be obtained from the date of advertisement. Completed bids must be submitted by 2026-06-25 at 11:30 A.M. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Only technically short-listed companies will be informed of the date/time for opening of financial bids.
