CDA Invitation for Bids — Operation & Maintenance of Spillway Gates & E/M Installation at Simly Dam (2025-26)

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Simly Dam Division — Deputy Director (Quadrat-Ullah).

Electronic single-stage, single-envelope percentage bids are invited from reputable contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in an appropriate category and holding a valid Pakistan Engineering Council Registration (PEC) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PAC) license for the year 2025-26, with NTN and GST registration with FBR. Electronic bidding (E-PADs) is mandatory via the CDA e-procurement portal.

- Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Security in the form and amount stated in the bidding documents.

- Bids will be opened publicly via E-PADS in the presence of bidders' authorized representatives at 12:00 Noon on the bid opening date.

- CDA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2004. Notification of corrigenda is available on PPRA and CDA e-procurement portals.
