Invitation to Bid — Machinery, Furniture & Fixtures for Gilgit-Baltistan Benevolent Fund (Closing 2026-06-29)

The Benevolent Fund and Group Insurance Department (BF&GI), Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed bids from reputable firms/companies/suppliers for supply of machinery, equipment, furniture and fixtures under the Development Project titled Establishment of Gilgit-Baltistan Government Servant Benevolent Fund and Group Insurance.

Tender documents are available from the Office of the Managing Director, BF&GI, Gilgit on payment of Rs. 4,000 during office hours. Earnest money equal to 3% of the bid value must be submitted as demand draft/pay order/CDR in the name of Managing Director (BF&GI), Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

- Bids must reach the Office of the Managing Director, BF&GI, Gilgit by 2026-06-29 at 13:30. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:00 in presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.

- Firms must be registered under relevant laws. An original affidavit on stamp paper of Rs.100, prepared after the publication date, confirming the bidder is not blacklisted must be attached.

- Follow single stage two envelope procedure under GB PPRA Rule 39(b): submit separate Technical and Financial proposals; bids submitted in a single envelope will be rejected.

- The firm/contractor must have a minimum of five (05) years of relevant experience; proof of similar supply orders/experience must be attached. No joint ventures allowed.

- Minimum bank transaction volume of PKR 3,000,000 in the last one year is required. Rates will be evaluated on a single item basis. Quantity may increase or decrease. Incomplete bids or bids without supporting documents will be rejected.

- The Managing Director, GB GSBF&GI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
