WAPDA E-Bid Invitation: Centrifugal Pumps & Spare Power Transformer for Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kalabagh

Issuer: Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) — Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, Kalabagh (Mianwali). WAPDA invites electronic bids from firms/contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for supply of the items listed below on DDP basis.

Key instructions: E-bidding documents, containing full terms, conditions and specifications, are available for registered bidders on the electronic procurement portal (EPADs). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADs on or before the bid closing date/time. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day in the Conference Room of the Office of the Resident Engineer, Jinnah Hydel Power Station, WAPDA Kalabagh (Mianwali), in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Single Stage One Envelope procedure will be followed.

Bid security: Each bidder shall furnish the bid security (as noted above) in the form of CDR in favor of R.E. JHPS Kalabagh A/C No. 158337100642. A copy of the CDR must be uploaded with the electronic bid and the original CDR (along with one copy of the bidder document) must be submitted to the Office of the Resident Engineer before the closing date/time.
