Rawalpindi Cantt Board E-Auction: Billboard/Hoarding Site at Rumi Park (Facing TM Chowk) - 3 Year Lease

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) / Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt. E-auction for lease of a billboard/hoarding site for a period of three years via EPADS Version 2.0. Interested bidders must register on EPADS before bidding.

Key dates & deadlines

- Bid submission closing: 2024-07-02 at 02:00 PM (bids submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0).
- Online bid opening/evaluation: 2024-07-02 at 03:30 PM.

Participation & submission

- Registration on EPADS Version 2.0 is mandatory prior to participation. Registration link provided on EPADS vendor portal.
- Only electronic bids submitted through EPADS will be accepted; manual, physical, or hardcopy bids will not be considered.

Financial requirements

- Bid security (earnest money): Rs. 1,000,000/- payable by Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt in favour of "Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt."
- The successful bidder will be required to deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the annual auction amount immediately after acceptance. Remaining payments and security to follow as per contract terms.

Contract & award

- Contract period: three (03) years (dates shown in the notice). The contract amount will be quoted on an annual basis and increases for subsequent years may apply as per the terms. The auction will determine the successful bidder subject to approval of the competent authority.

Other important terms

- Bidders may improve/increase their bids multiple times until the closing time; EPADS will declare the highest responsive bidder.
- Bid security of the second highest bidder will be returned after award; original bid security must reach the office of RCB before the bid closing date and time.
- The Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to suspend/cancel the auction process in accordance with applicable rules.
