PRIMACO RFP — Consultancy for Preliminary Surveys, Designs & Supervision for High-End Apartments, Plot No.54 Gulberg Lahore

Issuer: Pakistan Real Estate Investment & Management Company Private Limited (PRIMACO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Employees' Old Age Benefits Institution (EoBI).

Purpose: Request for Technical & Financial Proposals (RFP) for procurement of consultancy services for preliminary surveys, studies & reports, detailed designs, PC-1, bidding documents, evaluation of bids, and top supervision for construction of high-end luxury apartments at Plot No.54, Main Gulberg, Lahore.

Eligibility & key requirements: Eligible bidders/consultancy organizations must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List, hold valid licenses from relevant professional regulatory authorities, and comply with Public Procurement Rules. Proposals (Technical & Financial) must be prepared in accordance with the RFP and submitted exclusively through PPRA/EPADS V2.0.

How to obtain documents: RFP/consultancy documents, including Terms of Reference, are available for download on PPRA/EPADS (https://eppads.gov.pk/) and the PRIMACO website (http://www.primaco.com.pk) or PRIMACO (http://www.eobi.gov.pk) as indicated in the procurement notice.

Proposal submission: Submission and opening will be conducted through PPRA/EPADS V2.0 only; manual or hard copy submissions will not be accepted. PRIMACO reserves the right to accept or reject proposals as per Public Procurement Rules.
