Chairman, Development Authority Muzaffarabad (DAM) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from private-sector firms/consortia for concession arrangements (design, construction, financing, operation and transfer) on a Build/Operate/Transfer (BOT) or similar PPP basis for multiple urban development projects in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir.
Scope includes development, operation and maintenance of parks, public plazas, market areas, parking facilities, street/food street works, utility upgradation and related tourism/leisure amenities at DAM-notified locations. The Authority will evaluate EOIs and subsequently issue Request for Proposals (RFPs) to shortlisted firms.

How to apply: Obtain bidding/EOI documents from the office of Development Authority Muzaffarabad (Admin Section) as per the Authority's instructions. Shortlisted proponents will be invited for RFPs and further procurement stages.
Important notes: Eligibility requires appropriate experience, technical capability and financial capacity to implement and operate the proposed projects under concession terms.
