NECP Invitation for Bids — Manufacturing of RF Modules & Purchase of RF Cables

National Electronics Complex of Pakistan (NECP) invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure from manufacturers / suppliers registered with Income Tax & Sales Tax Departments for supply of items for FY 2025-2026.

How to obtain documents: Complete bid documents, terms & conditions and specifications are available from the NECP office on submission of a written request on firm letterhead and payment of the tender fee (cash) during working days between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs.

Bid security: Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 1% of the total bid value in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan in the form of Pay Order / Demand Draft / Call Deposit.

Pre-bid meeting: A pre-bid meeting to answer bidders' queries will be held on 2026-06-10 at 11:00 hrs at NECP HQ. No technical representatives will be allowed after this date to avoid complexity at later stage.

Additional requirements: All interested bidders must forward copies of CNICs of participating individuals and vehicle details by 2026-06-08 before 13:00 hrs to the address below.

Other terms: Single Stage One Envelope procedure; bidders should quote their best and final prices as no negotiations on price are allowed. NECP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in part or whole as per PPRA 2004.
