The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Regional Bureau Islamabad/Rawalpindi invites the public to participate in an open auction of commercial properties in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi on an "As is, where is" basis. Bids will start from the reserve price. Bidding documents are available at www.nab.gov.pk or can be collected from the NAB office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad.

Auction date & venue: The auction will take place at NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad on 2026-07-07 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM.
How to bid / Key terms:
- Auction conducted on an "As it is, where it is" basis. Official bids will start from the reserve price; bids below reserve will not be accepted.
- A security deposit (Pay Order / Demand Draft) must be submitted in favor of Chairman NAB on or before the auction date and time at NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad.
- Unsuccessful bidders' security deposits will be returned the same day. The successful bidder must pay 100% of the bid amount (excluding security deposit) by Pay Order/DD within 45 days of the auction date; failure will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
- All taxes (including WHT u/s 236A of Finance Act, 2019), transfer fees (buyer & seller), duties, utilities and any other government-related expenses will be borne by the successful bidder.
- Title transfer and all post-purchase legal/administrative formalities are the responsibility of the successful bidder. Companies must furnish a duly stamped Power of Attorney signed by the CEO for representatives.
Inspection: Property is open for inspection Monday to Thursday, 09:30 AM – 03:30 PM.
