E-Tender: Supply/Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery — Tehsil Municipal Administration Darband

Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Darband invites e-tenders (EPADs) from reputed and experienced manufacturers/suppliers/service providers for the supply and fabrication of solid waste management machinery for the TMA Darband area. Procurement will be carried out under single stage, two-envelope procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules.

Key procurement notes:

• Bidders must be registered on the EPADs e-procurement system and eligible to apply under single stage two envelope method of KPPRA Rules.
• E-bids must be uploaded/submitted through EPADs on or before the stated closing time. Technical bids on EPADs (e-bidding) will be opened on the same day at the advertised time.
• Original bid security in the form of CDR in favour of the designated TMA official must be submitted in a sealed envelope as specified in the tender documents.
• Incomplete, conditional, late, telegraphic or hand/manual bids will not be entertained. Taxes, duties and other statutory deductions shall be applicable as per government rules.
