Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Swat Irrigation Division-II, Matta. The Executive Engineer invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal from eligible contractors having valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration for Financial Year 2025-26 in the relevant category/specialization, active KPRA registration, and NTN registration with FBR.
