How to Apply / Submit Bids:
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the ePADS portal (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System). Technical and financial bids shall be uploaded via ePADS.
- In addition to electronic submission, hard copies comprising one (01) original and one (01) copy of the Technical Bid and one (01) original of the Financial Bid in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid” shall be submitted as directed in the bidding documents.
- Bid security (amounts given above) must accompany the bids as specified in the bidding documents (Bank Guarantee / Call Deposit / as applicable).
- Bids will be opened in accordance with the procedures on ePADS; technical bids are opened first and financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened subsequently.
