National Accountability Bureau (Regional Bureau NAB Islamabad/Rawalpindi) invites the public to participate in an open auction of commercial properties on an “As is, where is” basis. Bids will start from the reserve price; interested bidders must submit required security deposit and documents as described below.

Auction schedule: The auction will be held at NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad on 2026-07-07 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM.
Inspection: Properties open for inspection Monday to Thursday, 09:30 AM to 03:30 PM.
How to bid / key terms:
- Bids will be accepted on an “As is, where is” basis and must start from the reserve price; bids below reserve will not be accepted.
- Security deposit (Pay Order/Demand Draft) must be submitted in favor of Chairman NAB on or before auction date and time at NAB Rawalpindi Office, Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad.
- The bidding documents are available at www.nab.gov.pk or can be collected from NAB office Sector G-6, Civic Centre, Islamabad.
- Successful bidders must pay 100% of the bid amount (excluding security deposit) via Pay Order/DD within 45 days of auction date; failure to pay will forfeit the security deposit.
- All taxes, transfer fees, and government dues will be borne by the successful bidder.
- Title of property will be transferred to the successful bidder or their nominated person after full payment and completion of required formalities.
- NAB reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without prior notice.
