Invitation to Bid: Construction of Daanish School — Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh

Issuer: Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training — Project Management Unit (PMU).

Purpose: Invitation to bid for the civil works contract for the construction of a Daanish School at Tando Muhammad Khan, Sindh. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-procurement/EPADs portal; manual submissions will not be accepted.

Key conditions and submission requirements:

• Bid documents and details are available from the Project Engineer's office and on the e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk / EPADs).
• Firms must meet the eligibility/qualification criteria in the bidding document and submit the required technical information in the technical envelope as specified.
• Bid security must be provided in the form of a Call Deposit/Pay Order/Demand Draft in favor of the Project Director PMU from a scheduled bank of Pakistan and placed in the technical envelope. Cash or cheque will not be accepted.
• If an authorized representative collects or submits documents, an authority letter on company letterhead plus the representative's CNIC must be provided.
• Procuring Agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable rules.
• Pre-bid meeting for clarifications is scheduled for 2026-06-18 at 11:30 AM (details in the bid document).
