REDAMCO Tender: Sealed Bids for Leasing 48 Constructed Shops — Kharkhano Market, Peshawar (Closing 2026-06-30)

Issuer: Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways (State-Owned Enterprise). REDAMCO invites sealed single-stage, one-envelope bids for leasing constructed shops at Rail Market / near Kharkhano Market, Hayatabad, Peshawar on one-time premium (non-refundable) plus advance annual rent for a 21-year lease (extendable for another 21 years).

Key commercial terms:

Lease duration: 21 years (extendable). Annual escalation: 8% compound on annual rent.

Submission and opening:

- Bid submission deadline: 2026-06-30 at 03:00 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station.

- Bid opening: 2026-06-30 at 03:30 PM at Peshawar Cantt Railway Station in presence of bidders or authorized representatives.

How to apply and other terms:

- Bid documents / terms & conditions may be obtained during working hours from REDAMCO Corporate Office, Islamabad or DS Office, Peshawar Cantt.

- Document fee: PKR 1,000 per shop (in shape of CDR/PO) in favor of Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.

- Each bid must include separate Bid Security (CDR/PO) for each shop as specified above, made in favor of REDAMCO and attached to the bid.

- Bids must be submitted in a single envelope; shop number and bid details must be marked on the top left corner of the envelope. Bids received without the required bid security will be returned un-opened.

- The successful bidder shall deposit 100% of the offered premium (non-refundable) and the first year annual rent within fifteen (15) working days from issuance of the acceptance letter; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bid security.

- REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids and to annul bidding at any time without liability.
