Patients' Aid Foundation (PAF) – Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC), Karachi invites sealed tenders from local and international manufacturers, authorized firms and dealers for supply, installation and commissioning of equipment and consumables for the Radiation Oncology – Cyberknife & Tomotherapy unit at PAF-JPMC.

How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents may be obtained from the Office of the Chairman, Patients' Aid Foundation & Chairman Technical Committee, Radiation Oncology – Cyberknife & Tomotherapy, PAF-JPMC during office hours. Documents can also be downloaded from the Patients' Aid Foundation / JPMC website (as applicable).

Submission instructions: Sealed bids, along with the required non-refundable tender fee and original bid security (2% of the total quoted cost) in the form of Pay Order / CDR / Demand Draft in favour of 'Patients Aid Foundation', must be submitted to the Office of the Chairman, Patients' Aid Foundation (Room No. 17, Cyberknife & Tomotherapy Building, JPMC) before 05:00 pm on the closing date.

Opening of bids: Technical bids will be opened on 2016-07-31 at 11:30 am at the Radiation Oncology – Cyberknife & Tomotherapy Building, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Rafiqui Shaheed Road, Karachi. A single-stage two-envelope procedure will be followed. Bidders must submit CNIC, NTN & GST certificates where applicable and comply with other documentary requirements stated in the tender documents.

Payment & bid security: Tender fee is non-refundable. Bid security of 2% of the total quoted value is required with the technical bid. Late or incomplete bids will not be accepted.
