E-Tender: Transport / Pick-and-Drop Services for Workers Welfare School (Boys), Jhelum (2026-27 & 2027-28)

Issuer: Workers Welfare School (Boys), Jhelum — under Punjab Workers Welfare Fund (PWWF), Labour & Human Resource Department, Government of the Punjab.

Purpose: Procurement of transport services to provide pick-and-drop facilities to students of Workers Welfare School (Boys), Jhelum for the academic years 2026-27 & 2027-28. Financially sound, experienced and Income Tax–registered firms/companies are invited to submit e-bids.

Procurement will be carried out through the E-PAK Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) / Punjab procurement portal as indicated in the tender documents.

Key submission & eligibility conditions:

• Original earnest money (Call Deposit Receipt, CDR) equal to 2% of the total estimated contract cost in favour of Principal, Workers Welfare School, Jhelum must be submitted physically before the closing time for e-bid submission. Failure to submit the original CDR by the deadline will result in immediate rejection of the technical bid.
• Vehicles offered must be model 2015 or later. Documentary evidence must be attached.
• One student per seat ratio will be observed.
• Tender documents must be submitted on EPADS exactly as per dates and times mentioned. Manual bids will not be accepted.
• Participating firms must secure at least 70% marks in technical evaluation to be considered for award.
• All rates must be inclusive of applicable government taxes. Successful bidder must submit a Performance Guarantee in the shape of CDR @ 5% of the contract amount prior to or at the time of contract signing.
• The procuring agency / Transport Hiring Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any time prior to contract acceptance as per PPRA rules.
