Punjab Ring Road Authority (PRRA) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) to lease/rent specified service area locations along the Right of Way (ROW) of Lahore Ring Road for an initial period of twenty (20) years extendable for another term of 10 years (subject to approval). Reputable and experienced firms, companies or operators may apply.

How to apply and key requirements:
- Obtain bidding documents (terms & conditions) from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website or from the PRRA office. Bidding documents are issued from the Office of Director Contracts, P&D, PRRA.
- Application submission requires documentary evidence: valid entity registration (SECP or Registrar of Firms), proof applicant is not blacklisted by PPRA/PRRA, and valid tax certificates from tax departments/authorities.
- Pay non-refundable document fee of Rs. 10,000 at the PRRA office (pay order/bank draft) during office hours.
- Earnest money: 5% of the Estimated Revenue must be submitted in original as CDR (call deposit receipt) in favor of Punjab Ring Road Authority and delivered to the Office of the Director Contracts, P& D, PRRA before bid closing; bids without required earnest money will be rejected.
- Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure: submit technical and financial bids as per bidding documents. Late or incomplete bids will be considered non-responsive.
