E-PAD Tender Notice — Medical Supplies, Services & Repair Works for DHQ & Govt Hospitals Faisalabad (Closing 2026-06-23)

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Government General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad (also covering Govt. Al-Jamia Hospital Nishatabad, Faisalabad). Firms registered on E-PADS (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) are invited to submit e-bids for multiple supply and repair packages.

Submission & downloads: Tender documents may be downloaded from the PPRA website and e-PADS. All bids must be submitted through the E-PADS e-procurement system and will be received by the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad, Faisalabad. Bids will be received on 2026-06-23 up to 10:30 AM and opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Firms must be registered on E-PADS and comply with PPRA rules.

Bid security and conditions: A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost (in the form of CDR/Bank Draft) in favor of MS DHQ Govt. General Hospital Samanabad Faisalabad must be submitted as specified. The successful bidder will deposit an additional 2% of the contract value as performance guarantee in the shape of CDR/Bank Draft. Taxes and applicable duties will be deducted as per rules. The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under PPRA rules.
